Design and Technology is taught from Year 3 upwards. The purpose-built DT facility is well-equipped with modern machinery, enabling boys to design and build sophisticated and interesting items in a variety of mediums. Central to the teaching of Design and Technology at Davenies is our aim that each boy gains confidence in his ability to produce solutions to challenges of a technological nature. We encourage pupils to develop skills and knowledge, imagination and judgement to enable them to carry out specific tasks.
