Friends of Davenies

'Friends of Davenies' consists of a group of parents who initiate and organise social events for the parents and families of pupils and whose aims are twofold; it promotes and encourages friendship and a sense of community throughout the school and also raises funds for luxuries for the staff and the school that are not provided by the Governors. In the past, these have included white boards, a grand piano, hockey goals, a bicycle shed, first team rugby shirts and the landscaping of Matron's garden. 'Friends of Davenies' also makes some charitable donations.
