Ski Trip 2008 - Zillertal

The Davenies Ski Team, comprising forty nine very excited boys and staff, travelled to the beautiful Austrian Ziller Valley during the Easter holidays. With heavy snow having fallen, conditions could not have been better. Under the expert tuition of Ski Aston’s instructors, there was a dramatic improvement in the boys’ skiing over the course of the week as they took on the slopes around Kaltenbach, Mayerhofen and the stunning Zell am Ziller. The party was entertained in the evening with a quiz night, Austrian nine-pin bowling, a disco, swimming and a traditional Tyrolean evening and returned home for a well-earned rest.
