Ski Trip 2009 - Zillertal

Snow-capped mountains, wide sweeping runs, phenomenal weather and tremendous fun were some of the objectives of the Davenies Ski Team as we reached the beautiful Ziller valley for the fourth consecutive year. Luckily, each was achieved, and more. Owing to the consummate dedication of the Ski Astons instructors the boys made staggering improvements, as ever, over the course of the week skiing at Kaltenbach, Mayerhofen and the stunning Zell am Ziller. Busy, busy days were then followed by packed evenings. With a quiz night, Austrian nine-pin bowling, a disco, swimming, curling and a traditional Tyrolean evening crammed in; it is little wonder that the tour party returned to Davenies extremely contented but absolutely shattered!
