Young Voices @ the O2
On Thursday 1 February the Treble Makers choir boarded a coach headed for the O2 arena. After having spent most of the autumn term preparing 17 songs, they joined the worlds largest children’s choir, The Young Voices, which was made up of nearly 9000 school children from across the country.
After a long rehearsal in the afternoon, the parents began to arrive and the concert began in its usual spectacular fashion. With music from cartoons, pop medleys, arrangements of Classical music and more there was an impressive assortment of different styles of music in the two hour long concert. A huge well done to all the boys involved; not only for performing so well and singing their hearts out. A truly memorable experience for them and all who took part. Well done!
