Digital Learning Platform Goes Live!
During unprecedented circumstances, it is the School’s aim to provide continuity of education even though we are required to close due to coronavirus (COVID-19). Davenies is therefore pleased to launch a Digital Learning Platform to enable our boys to work remotely from home until the end of term.
Our aim is that this Digital Learning plan will facilitate the boys to continue their education remotely, and that even whilst we are not physically together, we are still able to work as a community with points of contact so that the boys can continue to embrace our ethos of Engage, Inspire, Challenge.
All materials to access our Digital Learning curriculum can be found on the intranet by following this link, or go to login.microsoftonline.com and navigate to the School intranet page. There is also a link displayed at the top of the homepage that says ‘Digital Learning’.
Any questions about the Digital Learning plan can be directed to our Head of Digital Strategy, Mrs Gibson, or relevant staff for specific subject queries.
Further information will be made available, and additional resources uploaded, in readiness for the start of the Summer Term. All resources and digital lesson plans are for remote learning during term time closure only, and are not intended to be undertaken as Easter holiday work. The Digital Learning Platform will be available again from the morning of Wednesday 22 April.
