Prep School Embrace Digital Activities
Despite the boys’ overall screen time increasing dramatically for the first half of the Lent Term, they have continued to remain engaged with the optional Digital Activities programme. From hilarious challenges in Task Master, to mastering Stocks and Shares, to courageous builds in DT Club, and much more, 260 boys have embraced the co-curricular digital offering.
For the last five weeks, Davenies staff have provided opportunities for all boys in the Prep School to engage with each other, be inspired by the successes and entries of one another and rise together to the challenges on offer. The boys have responded with tremendous enthusiasm and over the course of the last five weeks, there have been 260 individual participants out of 263 on the Team accessing what is on offer.
The Digital Activities programme, with 25 activities on offer, provides the opportunity for boys to try something new, develop existing talents and discover new interests. As a flexible offering that boys can opt in to seven days a week, the Digital programme is an extension of the Co-Curricular Activities usually on offer in school, and enhances the boys’ education through a range of sporting, artistic, creative, musical and theatrical opportunities.
