Middle & Senior School Inspired by Young Musician of the Year
Boys in the Middle and Senior School were fortunate to have the 2022 winner of the Junior Young Musician of the year perform for them at Davenies.
Our theme this week is ‘Proud to Be’ and Nicolas Pereira Nentwich, who is 10 years and hopes to be a professional musician so he can compose music for computer games, shared his passion for music by performing ‘Troubadour’ by Iwan Muller on the clarinet, and then continued to wow the boys with his interpretation of ‘Reverie’ by Claude Debussy.
The audience were encapsulated by his performances, and the boys had many questions about his passion and commitment to music.
