Swimmers Make a Splash at St Piran’s

Featuring 32 boys from Years 3-6, Davenies swimmers made a splash at St Piran’s where they attended their first friendly gala of the term.

With over 40 races, the boys kicked off strongly with Matty winning the Individual Medley and Cillian taking first in his Backstroke event. Together, they secured five victories. In Year 5, Freddie and Xander each claimed first place in Freestyle and Backstroke, respectively. Finlay and Elliot also excelled in Year 4, winning in Freestyle and Butterfly. Year 3 made their gala debut, with Oliver and George impressively securing wins. The Year 4 and 6 relays in both Medley and Freestyle were thrilling, culminating in wins for both year groups.

Congratulations to all participants; it was a thrilling afternoon of swimming and all should be very proud of their performances.
