Year 8 Pitch Innovative Business Ideas

This week marked the thrilling finale of the Year 8 Dragons’ Den Project, as the boys took centre stage to pitch their innovative business ideas to parents, staff and siblings.

A key highlight of their Davenies Award Scheme (DAS), this challenge is designed to sharpen Year 8’s skills in product development, marketing, and advertising, while also building their confidence in teamwork and public speaking.  Once again, the boys delivered outstanding presentations, showcasing impressive creativity, enthusiasm, and business acumen. The energy in the room was electric—there is no doubt we have some future entrepreneurs in our midst! Now, our Senior boys are eagerly gearing up for their next exciting venture: the ‘Tenner Challenge,’ where they will take their entrepreneurial skills to the next level…!
